Christmas is coming and an announcement

Season's Greetings, everyone! Here at the Delavigne Office, we're getting very excited about Christmas already. I've had this song in my head for the past two weeks! Like every year, we'll be doing a 'secret santa' in the office, with lots of fun presents! I've bought this great gift for one of my lucky colleagues! What are YOU going to ask Santa Claus for this Christmas? I'm going to ask for one of these. Ace!

I have a Christmassy announcement to make while I'm here. On December 25th, Funky Friday will be a CHRISTMAS SPECIAL! Don't worry - we'll return to Bruno and Betty's romance at the end of January!

I leave you with this: a wonderful video about how to make a wonderful, traditional British Christmas cake. Om nom nom.

For me it's Hannouccah is ended. Do you know what is Hannouccah ?

In the time of the Temple (before Jesus Christ ! This real name look like Yeoshua and not Jésus) the very bad mens had profaned it and after the jewish revolt they found a little oil lamp and here is the miracle : this oil lamp who had to burn only one day burnt 8 days. So, all the days of Hannouccah we light a candle. One the first day, two the second day till 8 days. This year the date of the celebration was 12 to the 19 December.

Our new year (we have 4 new year in the year !), so the must important new year was the 9/10 September. We say that YHV open the book of the life in this day and close it for Yom Kippour. He judge in first the very bad men and the very good men and he allow for all the men the right to live for the new year or not.

Happy late Hanukkah, Anonymous! My friend's mum nearly burns down their house every year with those candles though... Once she completely incinerated the curtains in the living room!
